Chapter 575: One More Condition
Chapter 575: One More Condition
"Can I have you?"
Yang Cheng leaned closer, his hot breath sprayed on her face.
At some point, he had already wrapped her tightly in his arms. A soothing fragrance drifted into his nose, and the softness of her skin made him reluctant to let go.
"Scoundrel!"
Yun Chan scolded playfully, reaching out to push his chest, but he only held her tighter.
The two of them tangled together, and Yang Cheng lowered his head to capture her soft lips.
"Mmm..."
Yun Chan moaned softly, her eyes widening involuntarily.
As the hidden village chief, she had never been in a relationship, nor even experienced a kiss, and had not expected it to feel like this.
Her lips carried a hint of honey sweetness, and Yang Cheng could not kiss her enough, prying open her teeth with his tongue to explore inside, entangling with her small clove, drawing out the nectar in her mouth.
Gradually, Yun Chan stopped resisting, leaning into his arms, letting him take whatever he wanted.
"Little Divine Doctor, Chan’Er, it’s time to eat!"
Just then, Yun Chan’s mother suddenly pushed the door open, startled to see the two intertwined inside, a look of shock on her face.
"You continue, I’ll just head out."
Though she left promptly, it still startled Yun Chan, who hurriedly pushed him away like a frightened little rabbit.
"What are you doing, who allowed you to kiss me!"
Her cheek blushed rosy red, her lips dewy and alluring, reflecting a tenderness that made Yang Cheng’s desire surge.
Knowing she was shy, Yang Cheng simply chuckled and curiously asked, "As the village chief, other women get married early, why haven’t you married?"
"There’s a rule in the village: the chief of Hidden Cloud Village can’t marry. When I turn thirty, I’ll find a suitable child from the village to adopt and raise."
Yun Chan replied.
"So you have to be an old maid for life then?"
Yang Cheng looked surprised; so Yun Chan didn’t have to marry, what a pity for such a beautiful face to remain alone for life.
His eyes twinkled, and he softly said, "Since I’ve agreed to be the Enlightenment Master, why not give you enlightenment too, let you experience what it’s like to be a woman."
"I’ll take you to the cave, and no one will know."
Yang Cheng felt momentarily like a big bad wolf enticing a young girl, but Yun Chan was so beautiful, once he’d tasted her, he couldn’t let go.
Before, he had refused Yue Ying, worried that losing her purity would make it hard for her to marry, but the village already had the enlightenment rule, and Yun Chan planned never to marry anyway, so his request wasn’t unreasonable.
Earlier it was Yang Cheng hesitating, now it was Yun Chan’s turn to struggle. She was silent for a moment, then bit her red lip and said, "I can agree to you, but you need to first serve as the Enlightenment Master in Hidden Cloud Village for half a month."
"Deal."
Yang Cheng happily agreed, then changed his expression and hurriedly added, "I have one more request."
"Why do you have so many demands!"
Yun Chan frowned in displeasure.
Yang Cheng scratched his head awkwardly, "For women like Tiehong, I won’t do enlightenment. I’m really into looks, and I just can’t bring myself to it!"
"But don’t mention this directly to Tiehong, just find some excuse, as not to hurt her self-esteem too much."
Thinking of Tiehong’s sturdy build and rough voice, Yang Cheng felt they could get along as brothers.
"You can rest assured, in the village there are more women than men, the eligible men will surely marry beautiful girls; girls like Tiehong certainly can’t marry out for now. If you really can’t accept any bride, I’ll find another way."
Upon hearing this, Yang Cheng finally breathed a sigh of relief.
"Now that’s settled, off you go, I need to explain things to my mother."
She abruptly ushered him out, remembering the embarrassing scene from before.
"What’s there to explain, your mom is a woman too, she clearly understands women’s needs. You being with me is most suitable, it doesn’t break any rules, and I don’t need you to take responsibility."
Yang Cheng chuckled, then quickly pecked her lips before turning to leave.
"You... you rogue!"
Yun Chan, either angry or shy, blushed furiously, her chest heaving.
"Dream on about having me, being Enlightenment Master for these two weeks will surely wear you out."
She gritted her teeth, determined to use this chance to have all the village girls married off, after all, the Purifying Spirit Spring would not go to waste.
On the other side, Yang Cheng hummed a tune, contentedly returning to Da Shan’s house.
The meal was ready; Da Shan had stewed the two chickens from Yue Feng, and the courtyard was filled with the aroma of chicken, making everyone drool.
After dinner, Yang Cheng pulled Ni Qingyao and Lin Wen into the room.
"I went to make a deal with Yun Chan today, she agreed to give me the Purifying Spirit Spring."
"Really?"
Ni Qingyao and Lin Wen spoke in unison, eyes full of delight.
"But with conditions."
Yang Cheng recounted the conversation earlier but omitted the part about wanting Yun Chan.
Upon his words falling, their expressions became complex. Ni Qingyao was the first to break the silence, worry on her face, "Xiaochen, every day for half a month is so exhausting, can your body handle it?"
"Don’t look down on me! Even if it were a year, I’d be perfectly fine!"
Yang Cheng was confident in his abilities. After all, he practiced the Dragon and Phoenix Dance Scripture.
Engaging in intimate relations indeed takes a toll on the kidneys; ordinary men surely couldn’t endure such high frequency activity. However, his cultivation technique absorbed Primordial Yin Qi, thus refining yin to nourish yang.
Not only would it not harm his body, it would, in fact, enhance his cultivation and make him more robust and strong.
Thinking of this, Yang Cheng felt delighted. Being the Enlightenment Master was quite beneficial; by the time he left Hidden Cloud Village, perhaps he would break through in cultivation again.
"You’re just boasting!"
Lin Wen glared at him, feeling uncomfortable seeing his smiling face, and couldn’t help but curse, "With so many maidens to bed, you’re happy to death, you lecher!"
"Look at how you say it, I’m doing it for Auntie. Otherwise, how could I agree."
Yang Cheng pulled a grievance face.
Seeing this, Ni Qingyao quickly mediated, "Xiaochen, it’s really hard on you this time. When do you plan to start as the Enlightenment Master, is there still time?"
"It’ll likely start in the next few days. The brides-to-be also need some time to prepare. Yun Chan promised that whenever I serve as the Enlightenment Master, she’d give me some Purifying Spirit Spring, telling the villagers it’s to replenish my body, and I’ll bring it back for you to drink."
"By consuming a little Purifying Spirit Spring every day, you can slowly purify the Taotie’s Remnant Soul within you, so you won’t have to worry about falling ill."
Even if he obtained the Purifying Spirit Spring initially, he couldn’t let Ni Qingyao consume it all at once; this way was better, avoiding potential problems from taking too much at once.
