Chapter 1241: You Two Are So in Sync
Lily Turner couldn’t guess the origin of the baby’s full name Aiden Taylor, but as soon as she heard the baby’s nickname, she immediately made a bold guess: the nickname Anan was chosen because Lily Turner is a child of the Taylor Family.
As Aiden Taylor guessed, the nickname Anan was indeed chosen because Lily Turner is a child of the Taylor Family, which was a joint decision by Easton Holmes and Callix Linton.
Lily Turner understood the intentions of the grandfather and grandson clearly and felt deeply moved by their genuine consideration for her.
"The baby’s name sounds beautiful." Aiden Taylor did not specify whether the full name or the nickname was beautiful; he just generally stated that the child’s name sounds beautiful, because in his heart, both names sounded lovely.
Upon hearing this, Lily Turner casually replied, "Both names were given by Easton and Grandpa together."
Although she seemed casual, she was actually being deliberate; she wanted to let the other party know that the baby’s names were given by her own husband and grandfather.
Aiden Taylor guessed this would be the case, and when he heard Lily Turner say this, he was not very surprised. He simply gave her a silent smile and did not say anything further.
Due to this good start, as Anan’s great grandfather and grandmother, Aiden Taylor and Harriet White frequently visited the Linton Family to see little Anan. Harriet White visited even more diligently, almost visiting the Linton Family every other day.
She never came empty-handed, always bringing toys, clothes, or diapers and other baby supplies for Anan.
She also didn’t forget Anan’s mother, often bringing various nutritious soups for Lily Turner, whose enthusiasm left Lily unsure of what to do.
"Aunt! From now on, it’s fine if you just come to see Anan, you don’t need to buy anything for Anan anymore; he already has too many things. Also, you don’t need to keep making those nourishing soups for me—look at me now, I’m so chubby." Lily Turner tugged at her clothes with a face of mock distress, "The clothes are almost too tight."
These days, aside from eating, it’s all about drinking, and it’s all nourishing stuff. She’s gained quite a bit of weight compared to before, but she absolutely can’t be considered fat. She’s far from being overweight.
Harriet White could see it clearly and smiled, "If you count as fat, then there are no thin people in the world."
"Exactly, you don’t remotely resemble a fat person." Hearing Harriet White and Lily Turner’s conversation, Amelia Linton agreed from the side.
Lily Turner looked herself over, and perhaps because she was used to seeing herself looking skinny like a rake before, now when she sees herself, she feels she has gained meat and gotten fat. But in normal terms, she’s not fat at all.
"As long as I’m not considered fat, it saves me from having to diet later." Her words sounded like a joke, yet they weren’t entirely; if she did gain weight, she would genuinely consider dieting—not just to maintain her figure, but more so because being overweight can impact health.
"You absolutely don’t need to diet."
Harriet White and Amelia Linton responded in unison.
Seeing this, Lily Turner burst out laughing: "Mom! Aunt! You two are so in sync."
If her mom were here, she wondered if she would join the two in opposing her diet.
"That’s because we share the same thought—you absolutely don’t need to diet."
"Who needs to diet?"
Just as Amelia Linton finished speaking, Evelyn Taylor’s voice came from the doorway.
