When Feng Hua saw that there were visitors at the door, she quickly went to inform Qiao Mei about it. Qiao Mei knew that the Xu family would not let Li Gui off so easily and she asked Feng Hua to bring the Xu family members in.
“Why are all of you here so early in the morning?” Qiao Mei asked Old Madam Xu with a bright smile.
Seeing Qiao Mei’s expression, Old Madam Xu thought that Qiao Mei looked like she was not angry anymore. It seemed like it would be an easy task to beg Li Gui to return to the Xu family! Old Madam Xu was still feeling weak earlier, but she suddenly felt better and her face looked much more rosy.
“We’re here to apologize! It’s all my fault for what happened back then. It’s also my fault for not explaining everything to you in advance. It’s all my fault. I should have stopped them from entering that day and not allow them to come in to cause trouble! It’s all my fault!” Old Madam Xu said agitatedly.@@@@
Old Madam Xu would never admit that what she did back then was wrong. If not for the fact that she did not allow Cai Ming to marry into her family, Li Gui would never have appeared in their lives! Everything was predestined!
